Yes! 4k set-top boxes are available in India. Presently only Tatasky is providing 4k service. It provides a good 3840 x 2160 pixels which is 4 times the normal clarity. It also provides 10-bit true Colors which is purely exceptional. But it's a bit costly. It'll become economical soon as other competitors are also introducing 4k into India soon.
